VCSDA Chapter Meetings

In-person meetings are held at various locations within Ventura County on the 1st Tuesday of February, April, June, September, & November, beginning at 5:30pm.

Kai Luoma joined the Ventura LAFCo in 2007 and has served as Executive Officer since 2014.  Before joining LAFCo, Kai was a senior planner for the City of Santa Clarita, where one of his responsibilities was overseeing the city’s frequent annexation proposals.  He has also been a planner with the City of Roseville, Nevada County, and San Joaquin County.  Kai holds a bachelor’s degree in geography…
