Blair Barker, MPH, Care Services Director

Blair Barker has a Master’s in Public Health, has been with Camarillo Health Care District for the past seven years, and has been in the public health field for over a decade. She provides leadership to the District’s Caregiver Center, Senior Nutrition Program, and the District’s evidence-based health promotion programs, and is a facilitator in a variety of evidence-based health promotion programs. She also manages the Ventura County data for the California Department of Aging’s statewide website, and is certified in multiple dementia specialty services. Blair also serves as a part-time faculty member at California State University, Channel Islands in their Health Sciences Department.

Lynette Harvey, RN, BSN, CCM, Clinical Services Director

Lynette Harvey has served the community as a registered nurse for more than 30 years, in the acute care setting, home health, managed care organizations, and with several national health plans. Lynette served at Anthem Blue Cross as the Director of the West Region Health Care Management for Government Services and has been Clinical Services Director at Camarillo Health Care District for the past 3 years. Lynette leads the Care Management Department, provides clinical oversight for District programs, and leads the ongoing development of long-term services and supports (LTSS).
